I know what you mean about "blind"...although mine aren't as bad, I still cannot stand to take my contacts out at night because when I wake up I can't see the clock...or anything else. And I don't know what's up with the non-firing. Maybe it's just because I work for lawyers (who are confident that no peon could beat them if said peon were to sue), but he'd have been fired a year ago. I really must be in the wrong field...

Hey nerdlinger! Nice glasses.

Ohhh. I was having the weirdest feeling of deja vu... The epeditions with the "Jesus is my lord and my savior" license plate frames, the support our troops magnetic ribbon, and the waving and bad driving, and 3 sullen moppets in the back.... For a second there I thought I was in Houston. Wait. I am in Houston.

Was it you I flipped off on the way back to my Mom's?

Oh Hell, you ARE blind. I thought I was bad, but you have me beat by a mile - I feel your pain on the glasses thing. And crap into manuscript? My daily battle.

I feel your blind pain, sister. And, if you want, the next time you go to your Jesus-loving optometrist, I can loan you my gay yellow pages. He should like that. ;)

Sweetie, LASIK. Seriously -- are you a candidate? (If you're considering it, don't read my entry on it, mmmmmkay? Because really, it's very fast and painless.) But I'm nearsighted, too. I hate that I need reading glasses to figure out if I should take 1 aspirin or 11. Sucks. Tee hee on that optometrist -- maybe Jesus was near sighted. Just a thought.
